Thank you for choosing us to create a custom masterpiece for you! Our standard shipping policy ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our shipping guidelines:

**Order Processing Time:**

Ready to ship items: Once the order has been placed, please allow up to 2 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) processing time.

Customized Items: Processing Custom orders requires careful crafting and attention to detail. As such, our estimated processing time for custom orders is 10 business days.

**Shipping Methods:**
We offer a range of reliable shipping options to ensure your custom creation reaches you in a timely manner. You'll have the choice to select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

**Shipping Time:**
The estimated shipping time varies based on your location and the chosen shipping method.

**Shipping Rates:**
Shipping rates are calculated during the checkout process and are based on your delivery address, the shipping method you choose, and the weight and dimensions of your custom order.

**Tracking Information:**
Once your custom order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order as it makes its way to you.

**Address Accuracy:**
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A few more return rules are as follows:

• You, the customer, will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
• Consumable products such as Board Butter (cutting board conditioner).
• Sale Items
• Gift Cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@rusticcharmbydesign.com
